Bill Baker, eLawSoftware Vice President, revealed that most of eLawSoftware’s current and potential clients are members of the NACDL, the group that is hosting the seminar. “It is a chance to finally meet our out-of-state clients and promote our product face-to-face,” Bill relayed.
The seminar is scheduled to have both general sessions as well as several breakouts and workshops catering to the different needs and interests of the attendees. Guest lecturers include: Steve Oberman, Chair of NACDL’s DUI Committee and member of the Board of Regents of the National College for DUI Defense and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Tennessee Law School, Greg Dale, Ph.D. , an Associate Professor and Sport Psychology Consultant at Duke University, Flem Whited, author of DUI Defense-Florida, and Drinking/Driving Litigation Trial Notebook, and many well-known criminal defense lawyers from across the United States.
